Building a Campus for Tomorrow's Leaders

At Modawa Institute, we are not just expanding—we are strategically growing to meet the needs of a new generation of students and future leaders in Theology, Education, and Healthcare.

Our campus already features well-equipped lecture rooms with whiteboards and projectors, and we offer modern amenities for our day students. Our library is being strengthened and expanded, with growing collections and digital resources to support academic excellence across all programs.

A Place to Learn and a Place to Belong

We believe that student life extends beyond the classroom. That’s why we provide dedicated family housing for married theological students, and comfortable dormitory accommodation for single male students—with shared shower and toilet facilities.

To ensure every student feels safe and supported, new accommodation facilities for female students are currently under construction. These will offer a secure and welcoming environment where our students can focus fully on their studies and formation.

Growing With Purpose

Our future plans are driven by a clear vision: to shape a learning environment that inspires, equips, and empowers. We are preparing for:

  • State-of-the-art lecture theatres and new classroom blocks to support our expanding student body.

  • Upgraded and expanded student facilities, designed to enhance both academic and residential life.

These are not reactive measures—they are strategic investments in the kind of leaders our communities and our nation need.

Join Us in Shaping the Future

What we are building at Modawa is bigger than buildings. It is a movement to raise up leaders who will preach, teach, and heal across Papua New Guinea.

We invite donors, government partners, NGOs, churches, and individuals to join us in this mission. Your support will help us provide the infrastructure and opportunities that our students need to thrive—now and into the future.

Together, we can ensure that Modawa Institute stands as a beacon of hope, learning, and leadership for generations to come.
